We were inspired to create this project after seeing a girl in the news who introduced herself as someone who had lost her job because of covid-19, and details how difficult it was for her to find a new job.

All this led us to research and realize what the workplace means for people with disabilities and what their value is to the Israeli economy and society.
The research is based on quality interviews with job candidates with disabilities and employers.
Collaborating with Akim to understand the barriers and difficulties faced by people with disabilities in their journey to get a job.
Key Findings
As a result of limited interaction, employers have difficulty understanding what to expect when working with people with disabilities.
Candidates may suffer from rejection from employers and unable to cope with feelings of failure and frustration.

How it's work?
The questions are read (text to speech), support voice commands with visual aids, and automatic selection in the event that no answer is given.
Regardless of whether or not you have skipped selecting an interface, you can always change the answers in the settings.

Introduce yourself via video
We created a video introduction script that the candidate could use based on the information provided in his profile.
A video introduces the candidate and his abilities to the employer while reducing the employer's concerns about disability.
Through the videos employers are able to assess candidates', search by qualifications and send them a job offer directly.
